This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges under UK consumer law.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and labels intact.

Products that have been installed, modified, physically damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items (unless faulty or damaged):

Personal care electronics (e.g. trimmers, shavers, grooming kits), due to health and hygiene regulations if opened or used.

Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”.

Customised or special-order items.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, the return may be rejected and the item returned to you at your expense.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and no later than 14 calendar days, to your original payment method (credit/debit card, online wallet, etc.).

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

If you returned an item under your 14-day right to cancel, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid at checkout (if applicable). Any upgraded shipping (e.g. express delivery) will not be refunded.
Rejected Refunds:

Refunds may be refused if returned items show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or are returned outside the return window.
Note:
Shipping charges are only refundable if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In all other cases (e.g., change of mind), only the item cost and standard shipping (if applicable) will be refunded.
3. Exchanges
We offer free replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges are available only for the same model and product type.

If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer store credit toward another item of your choice.

Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return.
Marajul Electronics will not be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
